Every caption, story, and quote she’d written became data for me to train a custom GPT that could write like her.

Designing the AI content workflow
Next, I mapped the entire journey — from content idea → scripting → editing → scheduling.
I used Loomly for multi-platform posting and ManyChat for automating replies and lead flows.
Suddenly, one piece of content could travel across four platforms — automatically, with her same voice.

Testing & refining through analytics
Using dashboards, I tracked posting consistency, engagement growth, and response time.
The data confirmed what intuition already told me: the more consistent the voice, the higher the engagement.
